ERR - Call centers and cheap manufacturing were last decade's Estonia. With salaries on the rise, the new byword for attracting foreign investment is “higher value,” says Tiina-Maria Väravas. As director of Enterprise Estonia's London branch, she's tasked with convincing British companies to set up shop in Estonia or move part of their operations here.
