BNS - Morocco's minister of energy, mining, water and environment, Amina Benkhadra, and the CEO of the Estonian power company Eesti Energia, Sandor Liive, will on Tuesday sign a letter of intent on cooperation in oil shale-based energy.
The document will be signed in the course of a visit by Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip and a business delegation to Morocco that is aimed at strengthening bilateral economic ties and cooperation in the energy sector.
The visit will last from Monday to Wednesday.
Ansip is scheduled to meet in Rabat on Tuesday with his opposite number Abbas El Fassi, the minister of energy, mining, water and environment, Amina Benkhadra, the minister of trade, industry and new technologies, Ahmed Chami, and the minister of foreign trade, Abdellatif Maazouz, the governmental press service said. On Wednesday morning the prime minister will open a business forum.
