BNS - AS Wurth, a tools and fasteners wholesaler in the international Wurth Group, wishes to extend its sales network and in this connection is looking for suitable properties for the building of Tallinn sales representations.
Wurth board member Lauri Luks told BNS that the search for properties suitable for sales representations was due to the fact that the prices of land and buildings were low at the moment and it was therefore a suitable time to make investments.
Luks said that in case of suitable offers the company could acquire even several properties.
Luks said that the size of the investments for the extension of the sales network was an eight-digit figure in kroons.
Wurth is wishing to buy business land in central Tallinn or its vicinity with an area of 1,500 to 3,000 square meters, and a planning permit is desirable.
According to Wurth's web site the company currently has 18 representations in Estonia.
